My friend and I had such a great time at Captain Jack's Family Buffet, but let's be honest, we came for the unlimited snow crab legs, and they absolutely did not disappoint! 🦀😂 They were delicious, plentiful, and easily the highlight of our meal. Every time we went back for another plate, we kept telling ourselves, "Okay, maybe just one more!" Of course, it was never just one more. 😂 What really says it all is that after we left, we were already talking about coming back. We enjoyed our experience so much that we genuinely want to make another trip to Panama City Beach, and Captain Jack's will definitely be on our itinerary. There are plenty of places where you can eat seafood, but a place that leaves you full, happy, and already planning your next visit is something special. Thank you, Captain Jack's, for such a fun and delicious experience. Keep those snow crab legs coming because we will definitely be back, and next time, we're coming even hungrier! 🦀❤️😂

We eat here every year on vacation and have not been disappointed. The food is great and our waitress was very helpful. Good family environment.

Absolutely EVERYTHING on the buffet was hot and fresh and amazing! Our first time was back in March '26. Well worth the 2+ hour drive just to come eat there! We are coming back in August, so be ready!! Our waiter was terrific, he kept the table clean, glasses full and we didn't have to ask him for anything!
