Jack Bishop, aka Capt Jack, created STATE DAYS over 20 years ago. Growing up in Michigan and moving to Panama City Beach (by way of the Air Force) he saw these lunches as a great way to bring visiting snowbirds together to see old and make new friends while in PCB. Join us for food and fun at our annual STATE DAY buffets for visitors from Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan who make PCB their winter home or vacation spot in February.
